We sell the same items on several web sites and once an item is sold we try to remove that item as quickly as possible. There is always the possibility that the item you selected may not be available.

All items listed have a quantity of (1) unless, otherwise stated.

The majority of all the items we sell are vintage and have been preowned. Thus, some items may show typical common usage.

We try to describe items as accurately as possible. Major discrepancies found on the product will be described. Minor manufacturing flaws that are only slightly noticeable may not be described. A tiny air bubble or straw mark that is barely seen may not be described. The best thing to do is always ask questions if there is something that is not described and you feel is important to you. Because of this... I never describe items as near mint, nor excellent or use the term ' for the items age.' We all have our own idea as to what that means to us and for the most part it will not be the same.

Shipping is not stated for items weighing over (1) pound. Shipping rates vary from postal zones. Also, USPS and UPS have and are again raising shipping rates.

Items are not prepacked. All items are packed the day of shipping and dated pictures of the item(s) are retaken. We do this to avoid any product switches and to protect ourselves from any damage claims arising from misrepresented product claims.

If you make a purchase (before receiving the shipping total) and there is not a shipping total does not mean that the product ships for free. If an item ships for free the listing will state "FREE SHIPPING" within the item description. If in the event you do purchase the item before receiving the shipping total your payment will be refunded back. CAUTION: PayPal will charge a fee back to you for this. We are not responsible for your return fee.

All items are to be insured and have a delivery confirmation number.

Payment is to be received within 7 days of purchase. If payment is not received the item will be returned to inventory and the sale cancelled on the eighth day. We will only hold inventory for (7) days before it is added back to all venues on the eighth day.

We have the right to refuse all sales.

Local pickup and delivery available.

US Domestic buyers may pay with PayPal, Google Checkout, Postal Money Order or with a Personal Check. Personal checks take up to 15 business days to clear. (No cashiers checks are accepted.) No wired money transactions are accepted!

International buyers may pay with cash (not recommended. Nor are we responsible for lost or stolen cash.) Paypal in USD or Google Checkout are acceptable. No personal checks. No money orders. No wire transfers. No exceptions!

If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it with our label intact and the original shipping box for a refund minus fees that we paid to Paypal or Google. Shipping, insurance and delivery fees are not refunded. We do not discount products received for buyer dissatisfaction. Sale is Final listed items are not returnable.

You will need to contact us prior to the return within 48 hours of delivery. The buyer will be responsible for the return shipping cost, insurance and delivery confirmation unless the item has been grossly misrepresented. Remember pictures are taken the day items ship!

The item must be returned within 7 days. No refund on shipping, insurance or delivery confirmation. If item is not returned within the 7 days there will be a 30% restocking fee that will be deducted from your refund along with the fees associated with PayPal or Google. The delivery confirmation number will provide the date the item was received by the buyer and also provides documentation of the date the buyer returned the product.

Do not return damaged items!

If item is damaged while in transit the buyer is responsible for going directly to the shipper. The Post Office only excepts claims from the buyer. We will help you with filing your claim. Although, we cannot file the claim for you. You will need to go to the shipper with the product.

If the item has been lost or stolen you will need to contact the shipper and show proof of insurance. Insurance is documented with a number at the time of shipping. The delivery confirmation number provides a means of tracking your item. It will show proof that your item had arrived. However, if your item is lost or stolen upon delivery (on your doorstep) while you were away the post office may not pay your claim.

Any damaged goods sent back to the seller will not be accepted nor will a refund be given.

We combine and discount shipping whenever possible when items are compatible in weight and size. We reserve the right not to combine shipping if we feel your items may get damaged while in transit. We want your items to arrive safely.

US buyers: Please contact us for an accurate shipping total by providing your city and zip code.

International buyers: Please provide zip and country.

Please do not pay for the item unless you receive the shipping total. Item may have been sold and not removed. Payment will be refunded if proper shipping amount is not included.

Items are not packed until the day shipped and dated pictures are retaken that day.

If shipping is overstated by $1.00 or more the overage is refunded back. There is no charge for packing material or a handling fee.

Shipping varies by zones with shipping to the west coast zone 8 can be very expensive.

Shipping total is stated on the address label
